Sustainability Consulting Role:
Gunnar Hubbard provided principal oversight for the sustainability services for this 5 million square foot project for three different government agencies. He worked with the team to establish sustainability benchmarks for financial district development, navigating complex regulatory requirements and cultural considerations. Coordinated with local authorities and international sustainability standards targeting dual certification – LEED and Three Star. Provided principal oversight for LEED Core and Shell Gold Certification Consulting in coordination with BEE Inc. as their local Shanghai partner. (Work performed while employed at Thornton Tomasetti)
